VASUDHA began its journey in the year 1994 with manufacturing its first product N-Methyl-4-Piperidone. It despatched its first commercial despatch, locally, in the year 1996. First overseas despatch also has been made in the year 1996 to Ireland. First step in the exports gained momentum and soon expanded to the European countries.

VASUDHA, soon, started its exports to Western countries like SPAIN, FRANCE, GERMANY, BELGIUM, ITALY etc.

With its strength in technology and R & D, VASUDHA developed many APIs for anti-histamine, anti-ulcer, anti-psychotic, anti-hypertensive, anti-depressent and anti-diarrhoeal medicines in a very short span and started its marketing in the international market in both Western and in the Eastern countries. By participating in national and international exhibitions and meets, VASUDHA’s name spread far and wide.
